2. Business License
AgentEQ is a proprietary software platform owned and operated by Maree Group LTD. Your use of the Platform is governed by our Terms of Service. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business purposes, subject to your active Subscription and compliance with these Terms.
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform code
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
- Use the Platform to build a competing product or service
- Grant sub-licences or transfer your account to any third party
